Real Techniques Real Good brushes Real bad service

I recently placed an order with real techniques ive been wanting to try the brushes for a while now but every time i needed new brushes id always forget to order the core collection , just last week i placed my order for the core collection and a blush brush tracking my order and checking the mail everyday cause i just could not wait to get them finally Christmas eve December 24 ,2012 they were sitting in my mail box just in time for me to use them for the night so i open the box and i can not wait to get my hands on the brushes to my dismay there was a bunch of little white specs on the inside of the box and the inside of the packaging its self at first glance it looked like nothing but oh my friends it was something about 200 dead ants all over my brushes and hands now i am not a bug person i was ready to cry cause i mean i touched them ! 

So here i am Christmas eve about to cry with a box of dead ants i call the customer service phone number and speak to a rep who tells me that the ants deff did not get in at the warehouse and had to be at the post office when i asked how she could possibly assure me of this she said she just knows that rep was tolerable told me she will put in a note to the national office and get back to me on Wednesday 

Wednesday get a phone call from another rep asking if i could take a picture of the dead ants , A PICTURE ? this information should have been relayed to me on Monday when i called why on earth would i keep a ton of dead ants in my house ? i told her i threw them out and i can look through the garbage cause at this point i want to prove a point there were ants in my shipment however when i got out of work it was raining now that’s where i cross the line i am not going digging through went old garbage for ants 

Thursday called the same rep back to tell her i will not be abel to send a picture of the ants and was basically told they could do nothing 

All in all i did receive another phone call later that day and was informed they will be sending replacement brushes had they handled the situation better to start i wouldn’t be so pissed honestly never doing business with these people ever again
